Through our Free Spirit Academy, we provide training in non-fiction storytelling for emerging creatives across film, photography, and immersive media. Our focus on capacity building is rooted in a simple belief: sustainable African storytelling depends on investing in people, not just projects. In line with this, we are building a culture of continuous learning through monthly documentary screenings and conversations — creating open spaces for filmmakers, audiences, and industry voices to engage with powerful non-fiction work, exchange ideas, and deepen critical thinking around storytelling.

We also work with corporate and institutional partners interested in youth empowerment through knowledge transfer, helping them design and deliver tailored training programs, curricula, and mentorship initiatives that build real skills and long-term creative capacity.
